Teams start on Business Standard. Individuals use Free, Pro, or Pro Max when they need 5× capacity. Enterprise is seat plus credits, by contract. Annual prices are Entwurf until Stripe yearly prices exist.

Is Free really free?
Yes. Chat without an account, or create one to save history — no card required. Free uses everyday models with daily limits. Pro unlocks the full catalogue; Pro Max is for people who need about 5× that capacity plus reasoning routes when they are enabled.
Where is my data processed?
Inference runs on the EU route configured for each model (Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex, OpenAI EU, or a reviewed compatible host). Storage and backups stay in the EU.
Do you train on my conversations?
No. Training on customer data is contractually excluded with every model provider we route to.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Nothing breaks immediately. Usage is metered internally; we show it in the app before you hit a limit. Remaining capacity depends on the model and how long the task is. Business org pools are seats × the per-seat token allowance.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. Change or cancel monthly plans from billing settings. Annual billing is not offered yet (Entwurf only).
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. The intended annual list (~17% vs 12× monthly) is Pro €190, Pro Max €990, Business Standard €290/seat, Business Premium €990/seat. Stripe yearly prices do not exist yet — do not treat these as live checkout options.
Do you have ISO, C5 or a DPA today?
No. Certifications and the DPA are in legal and operational preparation. We do not sell Business as if those documents were finished.
